How do credits work?
Credits are available to purchase and can be used to redeem certain features within the Cenabo system, e.g. collecting event registrations. The more you buy, the more you save - and they never expire!
Do I have to pay a setup fee?
No, there is no setup fee of any kind. You can sign up and get started for free.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, Cenabo is a pay as you go service, so you only pay for what you need.
Do my credits expire?
No, you can use them anytime you want. We don't provide refunds on credits, but if you would like to transfer them to another account please contact us.

Can I change plans at anytime?
Of course! Upgrade anytime right from your Cenabo account page. Take a look at the above table for more information about specific plans.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit / credit cards.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, as long as you purchase 10,000 credits or more. Contact us for more details.
Am I eligible for any discount?
If you have a number of events in the pipeline, or perhaps a particularly large event, then you can buy credits in bulk for a heavily discounted rate. The more you buy, the more you save - and they never expire!
